Request Account & Data Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Store User Data policy, you have the full right to delete your NURIDO account and all associated personal data at any time.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

If you have the NURIDO app installed on your device:

Open the NURIDO app.
Go to your Profile or tap your Avatar.
Scroll down and tap "Xóa tài khoản" (Delete Account) or "Xóa dữ liệu của tôi" (Delete My Data).
Confirm your choice. Your account, health profile, and all synced logs will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request (Without App)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, send an email to our support team:

To: support.nurido@gmail.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Body: Please include your registered account email address or your Firebase UID.

Our team will process your request and permanently purge all associated data from our servers within 7 business days, in compliance with GDPR and Google Play policies.
